1. What services do you provide? 

We provide non-medical in-home support for seniors, adults, and families who need help with daily tasks. Some examples include:

• Companionship and supervision

• Light housekeeping

• Meal preparation

• Grocery shopping and errands

• Transportation assistance

• Household organization and support

2. How much do your services cost?

We’re currently at $30 per hour with a 3 hour minimum, and $28 per hour for 4 hours or more. We also offer great weekly and 5 day rates for those who need more consistent support.

Every situation is a little different, so we’re always open to adjusting care based on what you or your loved one actually needs.

We also come to you for a free one hour in home assessment so we can meet, talk things through, and see what would work best.

3. Do you accept insurance or Medicare?

We currently provide private-pay services only. Because our services are non-medical, they are generally not covered by Medicare. Some long-term care insurance policies may cover in-home support services—please check with your provider for details.

4. Are you insured?

Yes. We are insured, trained, background-checked, and Arizona fingerprint cleared.

5. Is payment required before services start?

Yes. Payment is required upfront to secure your caregiver. This helps us guarantee consistent, reliable support for your family.

6. How do you screen your caregivers?

We take safety seriously. All caregivers go through background checks, reference checks, and interviews. We select people who are reliable, compassionate, and professional, so you can feel confident having them in your home.

7. Are your caregivers trained?

Yes. Upon hiring, caregivers receive orientation and guidance on safety, client support, and professional conduct.

8. How do I get started?

It’s easy. Schedule a consultation and we’ll talk about your needs, your preferred schedule, and the type of support that will work best. From there, we create a personalized plan for your household.

9. Can services be customized?

Absolutely. We create a custom support plan for each client based on daily routines, preferences, and level of assistance needed.

10. What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Bullhead City, Arizona, and will soon expand to Fort Mohave and Mohave Valley. Contact us to confirm availability in your area.

11. Can I communicate with the agency about my caregiver?

Yes. We encourage open communication so you can share feedback, ask questions, and feel confident about the care your loved one receives.

12. Can my schedule change if needed?

We understand schedules change. Let us know, and we’ll do our best to adjust services or caregiver scheduling when available.

13. Are your services medical?

No. Our services are non-medical. Caregivers do not provide nursing care, medication administration, or medical treatments.

14. How quickly can services start?

Start times depend on caregiver availability and scheduling, but we aim to provide support as quickly as possible after your consultation and service agreement.

15. Why choose in-home support over a facility?

Many people prefer to stay in their own home, surrounded by familiar routines and belongings. In-home support allows clients to remain independent while receiving help with daily tasks without the stress of moving to a facility.
